Employee Assistance Program…check with HR if you are unsure if you have access to EAP. But here is what I can share:

Optima Health is the BEST. I literally just got off the phone with them to make sure I had all the info correct. I personally have used EAP. 

The customer service is incredible. They wanted to make sure you all knew that you have 6 free sessions and then if you need more, you can get additional free sessions if needed. It can also be for someone else in your household.
